St. James' Community Room and Kitchen

The congregations at St. James' Church are delighted that they can make available a community room and a commercial standard kitchen for use by the community. The church has been reordered over a number of years to improve facilities and now provides for a variety of different community groups.

3rd Ashton Scots and 1st Ashton Guides use the building for their regular meetings and are both attached to St. James' Church; the Workers Educational Association (WEA) uses the community room two days a week for art classes; we have a thriving Mums and Tots Group called Time Together; in addition we have a craft group, some healthy eating courses, a yoga class and a number of occasional users of the building.
